Robin Sharma is a best-selling Canadian author and motivational speaker. The mission of his work is to help people around the world embrace their ability to lead without title. What does that mean? It means that any of us, in any organization, regardless of our job title, can and should be leaders. We all have a purpose on this planet. True leadership revolves around embracing your potential, striving for excellence, building authentic relationships and facing down your fears. And the point is, you don't need to be a CEO to be a leader.
